

MIDDLE OFFICE
The middle office operations team of APMS provides support to EAMs in the management of their companies and clients. This includes liaising with banks, fund companies, law firms, insurance companies and regulatory agencies, as well as performing other duties and special requests as agreed.

Draft Policies and Procedures
Apply for and renew annually the professional indemnity insurance
Provide CEO services
Provide Discretionary Management Representative services
Provide Advising Representative services
Perform investment reviews of client accounts
Calculate AUM for annual reporting to the Securities Commission
Assist with Securities Commission audits
Maintain files

Banks :
Establish and maintain EAM relationships with banks and fund companies
Open and close bank accounts for EAMs and their clients
Retrieve and save client account statements
Send trade and transfer instruction to banks for execution
Follow up with banks concerning any errors and/or omissions
Provide statements and advices to EAMs as requested
Liaise with banks in reference to ongoing account maintenance (including KYC) and any changes concerning beneficial owners, directors and/or authorized signatories

Law Firms :
Arrange for the establishment and liquidation of IBCs
Arrange for the payment of corporate and legal fees
Liaise with law firms in reference to ongoing account maintenance (including KYC) and any changes concerning beneficial owners, directors and/or authorized signatories
